Oct 22, 2024 · Mark HughesVery happy about our trip to the vets today, taking my vet nervous Dobermann to the vets can sometimes be an ordeal especially if a blood test is required but I am so pleased to say that the lovely vet we saw (sorry I can’t remember if you told me your name)was amazing, lots of time and patience for my girl and the blood test was carried out without having to book another appointment to take bloods under sedation which has been the case with a previous vet surgery on occasions. Your understanding, care and patience is very much appreciated, thank you 🙂
Mar 10, 2025 · helen barnesGot an emergency appointment for our dog Cooper, the staff were extremely helpful. And the vet was extremely thorough , can't praise them enough for their excellent service.
May 22, 2025 · Warren O HareOur pup had a bit of an emergency eating something he shouldn't. From start to finish we had a caring and professional service and we can't thank the whole team enough. Seen within 10 minutes, pup went off to be sedated, item expertly retrieved, back home within a few hours. Relieved and happy owners and a floppy but healthy pup.
Dec 30, 2024 · Helen TukeThey have always been great but when my dear dog Bonnie was recently ill with any thing from urinary infection to bladder cancer, the weather was awful and I was challenged with driving. Bonnie was refusing antibiotic pills and needed regular injections. Caroline and Claire found the solution by Claire coming round after work to give Bonnie her injections at home. Bonnie is now in the clear. The level of care, empathy and compassion was second to none and I will be forever be in their debt. Wonderful and so rare in this day and age
