★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team for looking after Theo. We’ve had multiple appointments for our cat in the last 4 months. Jo and Andreaa have been amazing and have helped him from his very first check up to getting him neutered, they’re a real credit to the team.I also wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the reception team. They’ve all been so helpful both on the phone and when we’ve been in. Thank you 🐈
July 15 · Hannah KirkHad another fantastic experience with Hazel at Vets4Pets Kirkstall.Theo went in for a sedation groom, and from start to finish, Hazel made the whole process feel calm and reassuring for him. She really took care of him - Theo was in great hands. Her kindness, professionalism, and that extra thoughtful touch (thank you for the brownie!) made all the difference.I can’t recommend her enough!
June 10 · Ben MetcalfeThey looked after my cockerpoo Ralph yesterday so well. He has to have an operation and be kept for the day and sedated. They made this feel so normal and were so calm. From arrival the front desk team are friendly, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The vet was friendly and knowledgeable and delivered the information in a way that was easy to understand. They took care to explain the procedure answer all my questions and resssure me it was okay. The front desk then sorted my insurance (made a direct claim so the insurer pays the vet directly). I left feeling that he was in the best hands possible.Throughout the day they kept me updated and answered additional questions I had over the phone.Upon pick up once again they were Friendly and we got a full pre op briefing with all the information we needed. They have done a great job and made the day easy and as stress free as possible. Thank you Vets 4 pets kirkstall 🐶
