Cosy Cats Cattery Reviews
The space they keep the cats in is incredibly looked after and clean/pristine. Really appreciated getting a photo of my girl whilst I was away and was glad that she was looked after. Was a bit sad that it seemed like the food and treats I brought with her specifically for her seemed not as regularly used (we handed over enough for breakfast and dinner each day she was there as well as treats to cheer her up). But she is in good shape and happy so thank you again! ☺️
Jun 07, 2024 · Helena WrightWe put our cat here for 2 weeks while we went away and it was the biggest mistake we have ever made, our poor cat was locked in a Really Small pen cage witch was disgusting inside and the roof was just like a Mesh wire across all of the cages, We contacted the staff regularly whiles we was away and the staff struggled to give me a simple answer “Is our cat A***l alright and had she settled” and there response was Yea Yea she’s she’s ok, I go into asking more questions aka is she eating and again Yes yes she’s eating. When we went to collect her after the 2 weeks she was traumatised when the staff went to the cage witch leaves me to think she’s been left with no attention and she has lost weight while she was there meaning they wasn’t feeding her properly, We left the Cattery with a full box of Whiskers 40pack of food and she she came back with 32 pouches and a box of dry food, And we asked her to feed her 2x a day morning and night, and for dinner time give some dry food but obviously they Couldent do that. We have our cat back home now and she’s so scared to even go outside because they don’t let the cats out the cage she was trapped in the cage for 2 weeks no sunlight or greenery what so ever and when we move anywhere she starts crying.I’m so fuming with this Cattery and I recommend anyone looking for a cattery don’t go here awful place and staff just neglect your pets, How this business is still running I don’t know
Aug 02, 2024 · Itz_ PyscoGamerOur cat's been there twice now and loved it. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. There's no great landscape around it but the space for the cats is the usual size and decent standard. Would definitely recommend.
Nov 01, 2022 · Jason SnowdenLeft my cat for a week and he was so chilled when i picked him up which for a very nervous cat was amazing. They'd arranged his room for him and given him toys to play with. And followed the feeding schedule i gave them. Highly recommended.
