Jun 20, 2024 · Coleen Mc GleenonWe brought in a stray, very injured cat to Drumrainey vets. We never had heard of these vets before but phoned around looking for any vet who would take in the cat, and many said no. We phoned our usual vets near Randalstown called Caddy Vets who told us their nearby sister vet surgery Drumrainey would take the cat in. Drumrainey vets immediately started medical treatment on the cat, organising a foster carer for it. Lovely country vets, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Feb 04, 2025 · Leah MckinstryA fantastic vets, very helpful when I had a multitude of questions regarding my 2 dogs, mum's cat. Staff are lovely, I love it's not a big business just after ££££, it's more old school vets, if I was that fluffy cat that's there laying on the window above the radiator I'd feel I was in heaven.
Dec 05, 2024 · Michael MichaelI had a very sick puppy late at night & I got speaking with Conor on the phone who gave me the most honest, heartfelt advice that I’ve ever received from a vet. He told me what to get to help my pup until I could afford to see him in the morning & met me first thing then gave her what she needed & also gave her a check over. I was very upset during the phone call at night & he spoke to me like a human being with feelings. I was pleasantly surprised at how little I was charged aswell. I highly recommend this veterinary surgery & will continue to use their services
Jan 23, 2023 · Rebecca Charlotte DonaghyPoor communication skills and lack of compassion from the staff at Drumrainey. They would all need to study a Veterinary degree before I would consider ever placing my dog in their care again.
