★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Went to collect veterinary dog food from pets at home which I have been waiting on since last week. (Told me it would be here on Friday) my dog is on a certain food I can’t get anywhere else. Walked in the manger came running out of the back like I was going to rob the place. (They close early for bank holidays. Says on the door open to 8 hence why I walked in) Explained to the manager it’s a special food I needed as my dog has none left and I’ve been waiting since last week and have ran out. He asked me to leave. Clearly does not care one bit about animals and their needs. Won’t be back near the place.
May 05 · Ian MckibbinGreat eatery in the heart of the shopping quarter. Especially loved the aperol and vodka cocktail
March 02 · Clare ChildsWent in to buy fish today for a newly set up 22L tank and was turned away by members of staff interrogating me about the contents of the tank and having some sort of passive aggressive power trip over selling me fish. I explained I have a couple of mollys in the tank already and wanted bamboo shrimp and one or two kuli loach whoever was serving me said I could have 3 shrimp not 4, I could only have 1 loach not 2 even though my tank gives me 11 points with their aquarium point system I was well within their policy to have more fish. Avoid. Staff are mental.
May 19 · TylerEach time we go to the Bangor branch, we received instant help and advice from staff. This time we met A member of staff calked Alan, who assisted us with obtaining tablets known as Green--um, to assist with our female Cockapoo, whose urine was killing the grass. I have tried googling items to assist, yet Alan, knew exactly what we required. Well done and I believe he may have solved our problem. Now for the grass.🥰
March 28 · Charles McnallyDecent selection of stuff but it could do with a bit more well placed signage to direct you to specific items, rather than generic dog food etc. Staff always very pleasant and helpful though
