★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Having taken a 5 hour round trip to buy a fish I'd seen on their Facebook, I am glad I did! Scott is an absolute asset to the store. From start to finish he provided so much information & you can see his passion shine through. He made my long trip well worth it & I left feeling very happy, along with my gorgeous new fish. Thank you Scott, great guy!
July 19 · Claudia DHaven't purchased any yet ,been with my little one accidentally 🤭🫠. But I found the varieties of their aquariums, and their arrangements are really commendable . I mean , even if you are there for a non purchase visit , that's fine they are welcoming . Thanks for the good time
June 09 · Arun KvsExcellent experience being served by Scott. I received sound advice for the care of my fish, thought and consideration came in buckets from this star employee. Highly recommended branch.
April 18 · Ben ClarksonI have visited lots of different aquatic shops over the years and in my opinion this is one of the best ones I have visited, a very good selection of hardware and the first time I have seen the oase tanks in person, will definitely be getting one of these for a planted tank. If you want a fish tank, you are spoilt for choice.Plenty of variety of fish including one of the best marine selections I have seen in a very long time, it's pretty common to see at least one dead fish in amongst the tanks, but didn't see a single dead fish, they all looked healthy and the water quality looked top notch.Staff - it's really good when you have a shop that has knowledgeable and passionate staff and after a good conversation with the manager, it's clear that he was knowledgeable and passionate about fish keeping. And I found my next marine tank while we were having a look around, it's not going to be cheap, but then keeping marines can be on the higher side, but well worth it if you have the time patience and money - just remember that you're not keeping the fish, your keeping the water.Top marks for maidenhead aquatics at Cardiff.
February 18 · Clive WA lot of the fish are ill when you go in store or missing eyes. The fish sold are not what they are meant to be! I think they come up with their own names for some fish here 🤦♀️ the staff always seem to busy to help or like you are a burden. Everything is super overpriced and quite honestly I would rather support smaller local fish stores. The staff need a major attitude class on how to welcome customers and know what they sell.
