Jun 07, 2025 · Peter ElliottWe couldn’t be more thankful for the incredible care our dog, Gucci, received from our vet. Gucci had an issue with his eyes that had us really concerned, but from the very beginning, the team was compassionate, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to helping him heal. They took the time to carefully assess the problem, explain everything clearly, and answer all our questions with patience and empathy. Throughout the entire process, we felt reassured knowing Gucci was in such capable and caring hands. Thanks to their expert attention, Gucci’s eye condition improved significantly, and he’s now back to his happy, energetic self. The love and genuine concern they showed for Gucci made all the difference – not just in his recovery, but in our peace of mind. We’re so grateful to have found a vet who truly treats our pets like family. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your dog with heart and skill, we absolutely recommend them.
May 15, 2025 · Fabienne Grant-ParkesI have been attending this practice for around 10 years or more. The vets and nurses and assistants and reception staff are all incredible. We have met all the vets and all the nurses and all the reception staff as we seem to be there regularly!Recently our 17 year old cat was seriously ill and we ended up having to put him to sleep. We were all devastated. Firstly one of the vets called me to go through things and make me feel better about the decision to euthanise. When we took him in the vet that saw us explained everything. My daughter is autistic and she was distraught but wanted to be there with our cat. The vet made sure that she understood what was going to happen and told us exactly what he was doing and what he was going to do. He even brought in a comfy blanket for him to lay on. After he arranged cremation for us and explained that they would call us when he returned. When we went to collect the ashes I got a lovely hug from one of the receptionists. They even wrote a card and collected a bit of his fur for us and got his paw prints. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and care. They’ve repaired one of my other cats cruciate ligaments in her 2 back legs also. Again they were so helpful and kind and just really thorough.I highly recommend this vet practice. They do as much as they possibly can and truly care about your animals health.
Jul 10, 2024 · Fliss FlossOne of our cats had been scratching her forehead to the point of it bleeding so I rang Barton Veterinary Centre around 14:30 yesterday and was offered a consultation at 15:00, which was brilliant.A few minutes in the waiting area whilst the vet became available before the condition was determined and I was offered an injection or tablets for to cure the cat’s issue. All done in a friendly and informative manner. I think that was pretty damn good service!
