Highly upsetting incident. Witnessed one of the veterinary nurses drag my dog across the floor of the reception and through the doors without even trying to pick him up or ask me to go through with him as normal. Treated him like a toy dog not a real animal. This was to trim his claws which afterwards were as long as before so not sure what she did with him.If you want a vets that care about their animals, I would go elsewhere. Not to mention the extortionate pricing to loyal clients - quadrupling the true cost of medication. - Fiona Dunmore
