Cannot recommend this practice enough. Both my dog and my mum’s cat are registered here. My dog has allergies and even with careful management at home sometimes has a flare than needs vet attention. All the vets know him and make such a fuss, as do the techs and reception staff. They really understand his breed and the best way to get him assessed. I have been to previous specialist vet’s who have hyped him up and then suggested sedation for simple bloods. At prime he trots in and offers a paw!!Sadly yesterday I took my mum to have her cat put to sleep after a short period of rapid deterioration. Dinu and the nurse were absolutely amazing, offering comfort and reassurance that he had been given every opportunity and that this was the final kindness. I will be forever grateful for making the experience peaceful and I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you all at Prime!

We took our 3 month old puppy for his first visit here after getting a personal recommendation. It was a superb first experience.The vet, Dinu, was just wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and unhurried. His bedside manner with both pets and humans was perfect and he was open with advice; a great communicator and a lovely person. Our puppy was very relaxed with him.The surgery is a rare, independently owned small practice, and I hope they stay that way. Fair prices and good quality care. The staff were also very lovely both on the phone and in person. the whole practice seems to have a really nice vibe.The best I've used, and I've used very many over the last 40 years! I could not have been more impressed.

Once again 5 star service from Prime Vets, they took the absolute best care of my rabbit Ivy today for her spaying, vaccinations and dislocated toe. They definitely know their stuff and its not a money focused experience, they want what's best for your animal and won't charge you more than you need to pay. I trust them with my pets wholeheartedly and I don't say that lightly

Great. They were brilliant with Socks on friday, he went in for sedation to have his nails clipped, blood test done and biopsy taken, they let me stay with him till he fell asleep with the sedation and let me wait in main reception till he was done and then let me sit with him again till he came round from it. Our previous vets never did that, and he used to get incredibly stressed out when I left him.
