- Modern & Well-Equipped Facilities: Being a Vets4Pets practice, it is equipped with the latest technology, including diagnostic equipment (X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab) and dedicated operating theatres, ensuring comprehensive and effective treatment options.

However, it is also important to acknowledge that some customer experiences highlight areas for improvement, particularly regarding clarity on pricing:
- Pricing Clarity Concerns: One review expressed significant dissatisfaction over being quoted a lower price initially (£115 for bloods and fluids) only to be told a much higher amount (£450) after signing paperwork. This indicates an area where clearer communication on potential costs, especially for ongoing treatment, could enhance the client experience.

Vets4Pets - Hull Stoneferry Reviews
After such a stressful time with my pug, Dev and the team were utterly brilliant from start to finish. Although treatment is still ongoing after surgery I have full faith in the vet team here. I simply would not take her anywhere else. I would highly recommend Dev as a vet especially for pugs! His extensive knowledge is second to non. I’m not a trusting person and it was hard at first but the team are amazingly reassuring and very supportive to not only myself as a human but to my little fury one too. Thanks so much for the amazing care given day in day out. I really appreciate you.
Jul 22, 2024 · leanne milnerReally not happy with my recent visit. To be told £115 for bloods and fluids for the day. To then be told speak to receptionist who then asked, had the vet given me a price? For them to check, come back and tell me £450 once I'd signed the paperwork with the vet. It gets worse I drive up the road and answer hands free in my car, not even 15mins had past to be told all bloods are fine,we will keep him in til 6:30.Absolute money makers.
