May 16, 2025 · Michael “Mikey” MiddletonWe had to have our 17 cat laid to rest today and after reading reviews and having to have bad experiences at other branches, I cannot praise this vet enough for how caring, considerate and helpful they were including the lady at reception who came into the room to take payment behind closed doors and also giving her condolences and caring words when at the end of the day she didn't have to. I cannot recommend this place enough 👍🏼

Apr 27, 2024 · Joanna ArnettHave used this vets since my dog was a puppy , I took out the vaccination for life with Kingston vets ,spent thousands there after my dig had cancer twice and luxating patella and needed operations. I also paid for monthly pet plan for years. After cancelling the pet plan I was told I shouldn't of been paying this amount all that time and it should of been discounted due to taking our this vac for life. I was never refunded. Well I booked my elderly dog in for her vaccination, as I had a phone call call and texts to remind me , speaking to the receptionist on the phone booked an appointment as she was also due for a pain med review. Due to my dog being 17 this year and not in the best health the vet and I decided to not go ahead with her vaccine but instead keep her comfortable. On coming out the receptionist told me I had a bill of £60 for the vets time due to her not having the vaccination,I didn't expect this as the vacc for life was paid for? I was told that they were correct, I was very embarrassed as there was also a customer waiting and it made me feel awful in front of the other customer waiting.Anyway she spoke to the vet and said as a gesture would wave this fee???Why did I pay the vaccination for life? I just feel its gone down hill and all about the money not the about the pet.
