I took my healthy young rabbit called Rupert to be neutered and he fell ill within 48 hours .He was taken back to the vets for a check up and by the time he was in the vets he was very poorly and we was told that it was probably a reaction from the aesthetic.Rupert was sent away after some tests and a pain killing injection although he could not even stand up .Rupert sadly had a Seizure and passed away in the car on the way home .We understand that there is a small risk with the surgery but the aftercare appointment was not good enough and he should have never have been sent home in this condition. The vet finally returned our phone call several days later and the vets notes about his condition were also inaccurate as he was much worse than they stated in the notes .We were left heartbroken by the experience. - Christopher Shannon
