Strachan Veterinary Practice Heaton Reviews
Strachans Veterinary Surgery holds a forever place in my heart. From the very start, the vets, nurses, and staff went above and beyond for my beautiful Bella, caring for her with such love and dedication throughout her life. She faced many health challenges, but because of them, she was able to live a happy, wonderful life, surrounded by love. She was my world, my heart, my everything. Losing her was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through—my heart broke in a way I never thought possible. In my darkest moments, my husband surprised me with Bella’s little brother, Bruno. Life without her will never be the same, but Bruno has been my light, my reason to keep going. He saved my broken heart and kept it beating when I didn’t know how to move forward. Now, Bruno is a patient at Strachans too, and once again, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the love and care he receives. The way they manage his health, the way they reassure me when I panic, the way they truly care—it means everything.I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. Strachans isn’t just a vet practice to me; they are family.A very special thank you to Arlene, Seb, and Raz—you have no idea how much your kindness, care, and support mean to me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything.Love Susie Sanjuan & Family 🫶🏽
Mar 13, 2025 · Susie SanjuanCouldn't ask for better care from Strachan Vets, in particular Vaz for the dental operation on my 20 year old cat Phoebe and the follow up care from Seb both are brilliant vets and I trust them with my cats health.
May 03, 2025 · Wendy WatsonI can't say enough great things about the care my French Bulldog received at this veterinary clinic. The vet was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my dog's needs. He took the time to explain everything and ensured my dog was comfortable throughout the visit. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this vet for anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!
Mar 27, 2025 · Peoples RoofingWe pay for a pet plan, and received a message informing us our dog was due for his flea, worm and weight. 5 days before our dog was attacked and attended an emergency vets. Naturally, I mentioned this to the vet who took a glance at his wounds - no more. We were then charged 57 pounds for a 'consultation'! Absolute scam by them, profiting off a very unfortunate situation. Only 5 days before we paid 300 for an emergency vets appointment.I highly recommend the tynemouth branch as a pose to here, where I see a different vet everytime. Crooks.
Jul 08, 2025 · Sophia MarronEveryone at the surgery is very welcoming and helpful-vets, receptionists and nurses. We have had regular appointments because our elderly dog has complex health issues. There is continuity in the treatment plan and our vets are willing to answer questions and provide a more holistic approach which helps with the difficulties we are having to manage. We have found that we have needed to visit them more frequently than we would have liked, but the team manage to make the experience as pleasant as possible for us. Thank you
