Priory Veterinary Practice (Bourne) Reviews
We cannot fault Priory Vets, (Bourne). Our cat was suddenly taken ill & was clearly in need of veterinary intervention. The Receptionist was so kind & understanding &, without hesitation, told us to come to the surgery immediately. On arrival, the kindness continued & the vet, Tom, was brilliant calmly & sensitively explaining everything to us & the options we could consider. He was lovely with our cat too! Following treatment, the Practice was happy to allow us to pay the Bill in two instalments, as we couldn't pay the full amount in one go. A wonderful Veterinary Practice & everyone involved was totally professional whilst remaining empathetic & caring. Thank you.
Jun 05, 2025 · Nick CraneI seriously wouldn't go anywhere else. They keep your pet alive as long as humanely possible.. 2 times I thought my dog was ready to be pts & Vicki would gently say why don't we just try upping her steroids? Or let's try another course of antibiotics! They know I'm not insured as have elderly dogs! They understand I'm on minimum wage, but they have never pushed treatments on me that I can't afford. For this empathy & compassion from the front desk receptionists who cried with me when my old girl Gracie was pts..I will be forever grateful! They are not just vets they are compassionate humans trying to make ours & our animals lives better. They understand if you can't pay a large bill in one go.. they trust us as pet owners.. I trust them as vets. Priory are the best. Thank you all. RACH
May 27, 2025 · The London Hairdressers UK Rachel WarbyMy local vet. All our visits have been enjoyable for ourselves and our cat (no scratching or running away lol). Prices are reasonable. There are separate areas for cats and dogs so no terrified animals to deal with.
