We have been coming to Kate with our border collie Loki due to his hip dysplasia for a couple of months now and the advice, support and knowledge she provides is second to none! She came highly recommended to us by another border collie owner we knew we had to bring our boy here.Kate is incredibly supportive and works wonders with our gobby boy. She understands his needs, and gives us invaluable advice. We would recommend Kate at Muppets Caine Therapy for anyone whose dog needs hydrotherapy! We are seeing improvement in our boy, even though he is super stubborn and cannot wait to see more progress in the future. Thank you Kate!
Jun 17, 2025 · Natalie VentersWe toyed with the idea of hydrotherapy for our overweight, arthritic Sprocker for two years before finally bringing him to Muppets. The main hesitation was the cost—but gosh, I wish we'd done it sooner! This is now our third session, and every time we leave on an absolute high. It's such a great activity, and Kate is SO knowledgeable! In just one session, we learned more from her than we ever have from our vets. She’s given us invaluable advice on diet, exercise, ideal body weight, and supplements. In just eight weeks, our Frank has a new lease on life! The location is ideal, easy to get to, with parking outside! Highly recx
Apr 03, 2025 · Shelley PawleyCoco's been seeing Kate now for the past seven and a half years, since she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at the age of one. Thanks in no small part to Kate's work in the pool and treadmill, Coco's had a very full life so far, and can still keep up with the youngsters on the hills (mostly!!)Coco looks forwards to seeing Kate every month, and has a great relationship with her. I have total confidence in recommending Muppets if your dog is in need of hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, or any of the other services Kate provides.
Jan 26, 2019 · Paul BurkeI have known Kate now for 16 or more years, she has provided care for my older dogs that are sadly no longer with us and now she cares for Honey our 6 years old cocker Spaniel. Honey was paralyzed when she was younger and with the expert help, guidance, support and knowledge of Kate our little girl has now been walking, playing and living a great life for the last 3 1/2 years. The hydro therapy that Kate provides ensure she is always kept in the very best condition she can be and Kates expert hands on approach whilst in the hydro unit ensures that Kate is always proactively monitoring her physicality and motion on each session.Kate has so much knowledge, love and enthusiasm for the health and well being of all dogs why would you go anywhere else?If you care for you dog and need the very best support I strongly recommend you arrange a visit to Kate at Muppets Canine therapy, in my book she should always be your number one choice, absolutely excellent.
May 11, 2022 · Perry HassanKate had now helped 2 of my dogs enormously both had different problems. My greyhound had post operative hydro and Kate was so patient with our Lila even though was not very cooperative! More recently she has been working with my 12 yo collie x who was so stiff in her hind. My Jo is very nervous but with Kate's help she now looks forward to her sessions. The hydro has made such a huge difference to her mobility and she is a much happier dog. I highly recommend this amazing service
