Thank you so very much to Shannon Lodge for getting us in quickly during a sad time. Our rabbit took poorly, we rang Shannon Lodge and they saw her within the hour.Unfortunately she passed away, but we were well informed throughout the whole process and today we received a thoughtful sympathy card.Thank you from The White family.
Jun 16, 2025 · Emily WhiteI have used this vets for years. Rang to book my dogs annual booster to be told it would be £80.60. my dog is only small. I'm sorry but I am finding a new vets now and have already been told £45 and £50 which is a saving of £30 - £35. Pure greed really.
Jun 19, 2025 · vickie carlisleI've been using Shannon Lodge for a few years now and they have consistently provided excellent service. Whether routine appointments or even emergency situations. A special thanks to Radu, who has been great with all four of our Rabbits, especially Ruby who has suffered from repeat gut stasis.
Feb 03, 2025 · YasminAlways get a quick appointment which is important. Very covid safe would highly recommend. Staff are all very nice and have time to explain things. Trust them completely with my fur babies. Xx
Sep 19, 2020 · Pat MilehamI've been using Shannon Lodge regularly for the treatment for my dog, and usually, even through the covid time, they were good. But not anymore!!The amount I used to pay for boosters and vaccinations for my dog was in the region of £30-£40, which I was more than happy to pay. But this latest appointment I had, I came out to the desk to be told £76!!!!!!!!!!!I had to pay because the work had already been done, but I checked my invoice, and it seems the vets are now pricing the vaccinations for free, but the consultation is £76.No thank you!!!!!! Even my car mechanic doesn't charge £76 an hour, and my dog was in the room for all of 10 minutes!Suffice to say I'll be finding a different vets now as if they're going to get that greedy, I shudder to think how much it'll cost next time
