Leeds Emergency Vets Introduce
For pet owners across England, particularly in bustling areas like Leeds and its surrounding communities, knowing where to turn in a pet emergency is paramount. Animals, much like people, can face unexpected illnesses or accidents at any time, often outside of regular working hours when standard veterinary practices are closed. This is precisely where a dedicated facility like Leeds Emergency Vets (LEV) becomes an indispensable resource. This article aims to provide a clear, engaging, and informative overview of LEV, helping local users in the England region of the United Kingdom understand the vital services they offer and why they are a trusted choice in critical situations.
Leeds Emergency Vets is not a routine veterinary practice; instead, it specialises exclusively in out-of-hours emergency and critical care for pets. This means that when your regular vet is closed – be it late at night, during weekends, or on public holidays – LEV steps in to provide immediate, expert attention. Their singular focus on emergency care ensures they are equipped with the specialised facilities, highly trained staff, and specific protocols necessary to handle urgent cases effectively. From sudden injuries and acute illnesses to critical post-surgical care, LEV stands ready to provide a lifeline for pets in distress. Leeds Emergency Vets Reviews
Having rescued a seagull with a broken leg, LEV took her in with open arms. What lovely staff. Helpful and friendly. Thank you all for your kind help
Sep 22, 2024 · Nici WhiteheadExcellent care for our little chihuahua Minnie. We left our dying little girl in their care at 4am Saturday morning not knowing if she would pull through after emergency surgery at another vets on Friday night. Leeds Emergency Vets were fantastic and literally saved her life. You were professional, compassionate and kind. We really can’t thank you enough. Xx
Aug 04, 2020 · Wendy EmmersonTold us our dog was basically dying after he passed out from coughing, they said he was in heart failure. The emotional turmoil we endured that night was awful. Only to find out that day after he is going to be fine just needs some tablets for couple weeks. Now thankfully running around and being lazy as normal. Nobody should have to go to vets and be scared like we all was. Especially paying £150 for the pleasure.
Mar 17, 2023 · Jake Dunning185 pound for a vet to look at my dog for 5 minutes to be given a few tablets not including the flea treatment I asked for and when I went back in to ask why they wernt in with the other tablets I get snubbed at and told its should be on your invoice which miraculous disappeared.. definitely know how to charge and yes I understand vets are not cheap but they take full advantage of being the only vet open 24hrs. And to top it off my dog still has an eye infection
Aug 14, 2022 · Sean ArmitagePrice was steep on the emergency vets appointments but Julie was amazing. She was kind and caring and very informative. She was willing to give anything a go to help my cat and called back later to check he was ok. Reception staff were very friendly
