Lancaster Vets Reviews
My cat Georgie went for a scale and polish and had two teeth out. He was treated with as always lots of love care and attention.A few hours after wouldn’t know he’d had anything done. Great treatment, nothing less than expected from this wonderful practice. ♥️
Apr 29, 2025 · Karen SmithFriendly helpful receptionists. Vets and veterinary nurses excellent and knowledgeable. I travel to these, not my closest vets, but I know my dog is well cared for by them.
Apr 25, 2025 · Mark HarcombeThe most knowledgeable and friendly vets. They treat your pet as their own, and really take the time to explain everything in understandable ways. The staff often bring new practice and treatments as medicine and understanding evolve, showing how dedicated they are to continuing to learn more to help our animals. They’ve always been happy to make accommodations for my reactive dog to make him more comfortable being at the vets, and he even goes in with his tail wagging!Separate areas in the waiting rooms and treatment areas for cats, so they have less stress as well. They run a number of tests on site, which is quicker than sending off for results, meaning I’ve often had results back same day and we’ve been able to adapt treatment if needed.I could go on- The open days allowing you to come and see every area of the practice and learn about the facilities and giving peace of mind about exactly where your pet is, the healthy pets club helping with cost saving, the online video portal to demonstrate physio exercises, the message reminders about flea and worm and vaccination treatments, the friendly reception staff who always answer my weird questions about payments and scheduling and always come to give the dogs some fuss…I can confidently say I would (and have!) recommend this practice to anybody- More than once when talking about moving house, moving too far away from this practice has been a genuine deciding factor.Massive thank you as always to all the staff, Max and Paddy appreciate all the work every one of you puts in :)
