She is so relaxed when she visits him, the receptionist are fantastic, always helpful and time for a chat, the nurses I鈥檝e not had to see them yet but always very friendly, me and my pets feel so relaxed when going to vets now a days, just want to say thank you to each and everyone of staff at Haxby vets you all do a fantastic work
