Tower Veterinary Group, Acomb Surgery Reviews
Got registered over the phone on the day I became concerned with my cats health, the vet saw him the very same day and was kind giving the bad news. The next week the girls on reception were extremely helpful and mindful when I brought him in to be cremated, again on the same day I called. The whole team was quick to help and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care my pet was given here.
Feb 17, 2025 · Madeleine ToddAlways had professional care for my dogs, everyone so friendly and polite. Nothing too much trouble
Jul 15, 2025 · diane sleightholmReception staff and nurses fantastic.Vets appalling, I've cancelled today and joined vets 4 pets at clifton moor. Wrong diagnosis, not picked up on the fact his weight dropped over a period of months my cat is 16years old British blue shorthair. Vet had bad attitude, roughly handled obvious he was in pain then a stupid sarcastic comment 'look at all the fur left on the table' telling me to expect the worse. Turns out just an ear infection drops given by vets 4 pets instead of steroids that had no affect. So God knows if I went back for check up next stage at Tower Vets would of been pointless and more distressing. The professional Vet at vets 4 pets who handled him with care and took urine tests today followed up, checked him out and now he's in good hands 🙌 with someone who knows what hes doing and clearly cares for animals and shows respect to the owners. Highly recommend, Tower vets avoid!!

May 01, 2025 · Phoebe FenwickMy dog loves coming here- he loves the smells and would like to scrap with any other animal that may enter the waiting room. Same vetinary nursing staff have worked here for a long time so that says a lot and always cheerful - the younger newer vets are great too
