i wasn’t going to mention anything, i want to assume the best and never leave bad reviews but i see people here have had equally bad experiences, first i will say the nurses and receptionist team are lovely.the male vet however has zero people skills and comes across as rude. we came in for an emergency dental just over a year ago and my dog came back to me the next day with a small lump/ scar on his head which till this day is still there. i dont know what caused it, im assuming they were rough with the dental clamps..? no explanation or apologieseither way my whole experience here was not good and i just hope my dog was treated nicely, but i am grateful for their out of hours support and emergency services its a good thing they’re doing ..they could just be nicer and more gentler to the owners and pets alike? - Laura
