In conclusion, Kings Cattery in West Bridgford, Nottingham, presents itself as a local option for cat owners across England seeking boarding facilities. Its location on Uppingham Crescent in West Bridgford provides accessibility for residents in Nottingham and the surrounding areas, with the benefit of being in a more residential and potentially quieter setting. The presence of adequate space within the pens, designed to offer separate areas for play and rest, aims to address the common desire for comfortable and stimulating accommodation for boarded cats.
For many cat owners, the initial appearance of cleanliness and the perceived good nature of the owner are important first impressions. The cattery’s stated aim to provide clean, warm, and roomy pens for cats to roam, play, and sleep offers a baseline for comfortable feline accommodation. The competitive pricing noted by one customer might also be an attractive factor for those looking for economical boarding solutions.
However, it is important for prospective clients to consider all available information when choosing a cattery. While some reviews praise the facilities and general care, a detailed review highlights a concerning experience regarding the adherence to specific care instructions for an exotic breed, leading to issues upon the cat's return. This indicates the critical importance of clear communication and ensuring that any specific needs or routines for your cat are fully understood and committed to by the cattery staff.
For locals, Kings Cattery offers a physically well-equipped space for feline boarding. However, before booking, particularly for cats with unique grooming or dietary needs, it would be prudent for owners to have a thorough discussion with the cattery to ensure all specific instructions will be meticulously followed throughout the duration of the stay. This will help ensure peace of mind and the continued well-being of their cherished feline companions.

Jan 06, 2025 · dee FOur Cat, Daisy, stayed at Kings Cattery 08.07.24 for 4 nights and it can't be faulted. The owner is very pleasant, efficient and experienced with Cats and takes great care of them. The Cattery is very clean and well run and she has been well looked after everytime she goes there.
Jul 20, 2024 · JulesMick looked after my Reggie for 2 weeks when I went away. He also accommodated a ‘trial session’ for him for a few nights a couple months beforehand to ease any worries for us (& Reggie!) after his trial nights I knew he would be happy for the full 2 weeks as he seemed to warm to Mick. Unfortunately our flight back was delayed (by several days due to the hurricane) and Mick eased any worries and was able to accommodate looking after Reggie until we could pick him up. Reggie has come back happy, looks like he has been fed and well fussed after. I’d definitely recommend thank you
