Jollyes Pet Clinic - Sheffield is conveniently located at Meadowhall Retail Park, Attercliffe Common, Sheffield S9 2YZ, UK. This strategic placement within a major retail park ensures exceptional accessibility for residents of Sheffield and the surrounding areas. Meadowhall Retail Park is a well-known and highly frequented destination, easily reachable via major road networks, including the M1 motorway, and benefits from excellent public transport links, including the Meadowhall Interchange for bus, tram, and train services. The extensive free parking available at Meadowhall Retail Park is a significant advantage, removing the common stress of finding a parking space, especially when transporting pets. This prime location makes it incredibly convenient for pet owners to combine their routine pet supply shopping with essential veterinary appointments, streamlining their errands into a single, accessible visit. The ease of access contributes significantly to Jollyes Pet Clinic's mission of providing affordable and convenient pet healthcare to the local community in South Yorkshire.
Jollyes Pet Clinic - Sheffield, in partnership with Royal Veterinary College-accredited vets, focuses on providing a select range of crucial and often routine veterinary services, making essential care more affordable and convenient for pet owners.
- Vaccinations: Offering core vaccinations for dogs, cats, and rabbits at competitive prices. This includes primary course vaccinations (two doses) and annual booster vaccinations, crucial for protecting pets against common and serious diseases.
- Microchipping: Providing microchipping services, which is a legal requirement for dogs in England and will become mandatory for cats from June 2024. Microchipping helps ensure lost pets can be reunited with their owners.
- Flea & Worming Treatments: Offering advice and dispensing prescription flea and worming treatments to help protect pets from parasites, which are vital for their health and preventing infestations in the home.
- Health Checks: Providing general health checks, often in conjunction with vaccinations or other treatments, to assess a pet's overall well-being.
- Out-of-Hours Advice & Emergencies: While the in-store clinics have specific operating hours, Jollyes Community Pet Clinics have a dedicated out-of-hours service provider. This ensures that in the rare event of an allergic reaction to a vaccination or another emergency, pet owners have access to emergency first aid and pain relief.
- Consultations: Offering professional veterinary consultations for specific health concerns related to the services provided, helping owners understand their pet's needs and treatment options.
It is important to note that due to current RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) regulations, these community pet clinics are often limited in the scope of services they can bundle together (e.g., vaccinations and prescription flea & worming may need separate appointments). Pet owners are encouraged to confirm the exact services available and book appointments in advance, as clinics may operate on specific days and times.

The general structure aims to offer a helpful and understanding environment for pet parents. It is important for potential customers to communicate their needs clearly and directly with the clinic to ensure the best possible experience.

Jollyes Pet Clinic - Sheffield Reviews
The person inside refused to vax my dog due to him being on steroids which I was advised by the vets not to start due to his vaxs. This wasn't good enough which if this had been communicated properly wouldn't have been a problem and I would have delt with the problem accordingly. The fact I had to deal with a man raising his and throwing all his weight around. Demanding paperwork from the vets. The man then decided to speak to the other workers using disgusting words about my disability and that I'm overweight. I felt so embarrassed and degraded by this and had to leave. I completely understand that he they needed paperwork from the vets which I'm now retrieving but the fact I left this place feeling absolutely exhausted, disgusting and in pain through my disability and the discrimination I experienced was utterly unacceptable.
