Would not recommend.quoted £580 and then billed £1050!!! Took our cat in today as he was struggling to walk and looked like he was in pain. First of all the receptionist was rude and not even willing to to look into the membership telling me they didn’t have our details as they had not been transferred from other branch even though I had been to them some time back when my cat was not well.I was then quoted £550-£580 for some X-rays and checkup. And was made to pay the full amount before the treatment even though I showed them my insurance and pet plan with them. She refused to even listen to insurance person on the phone telling me to do a direct claim through the vets. she said just because insurance is saying this we have our own procedure we can not go through them you have to pay and claim from your insurance. When we went to collect our cat the bill had gone to £1050 which no one made us aware of before carrying out any extra scans they just decided to do other stuff without even getting my consent.Absolutely disgustingfor a couple of X-rays and painkillers I’ve been charged almost £1050 - Simi Tabasum
