Alexander Vets Reviews
Awful experience when my dog was put to sleep. Left with dead body for ages, nobody checked in. Phone call from some agency two weeks later reminding me of his annual injections. Informed 'manager' who promised to follow it up, I am still waiting to hear from her. I would not recommend this veterinary clinic.
Jun 24, 2025 · Helen WilliamsVery dissapointed. We had a very bad experience. Major drug error even after advice from a reputable dog hospital. Also after many months of expressing concern about my Dogs teeth...nothing was done. I decided to leave this surgery...I am so so upset with myself as my poor dog has had 8 teeth taken out today as they were rotten. I do not recommend this vetenary surgery.
Mar 25, 2025 · alison stirzakerMy cat Olly was attacked by a dog 9.30 at night. The treatment he got from Alexanders was 1st class. I doubt that without their care & quick judgement Olly would not be here today.
Aug 15, 2021 · Janine FlemingAlways friendly staff and knowledgeable clinician
Jun 26, 2025 · Anne RichardsStill warm and caring, even if my dog is a drama queen and cries the whole time... The staffs warm and caring attitudes, environment, and how much they genuinely care about my dog puts me at ease. They explain everything carefully and in multiple ways if I don't understand or have more questions, while never making me feel rushed or ignored. Truly a fantastic place full of genuinely caring people. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
