Westway Veterinary Group, Tynemouth Reviews
Took my dog Lola there for her booster injection. Lola was a bit nervous when we first went into the reception area, the staff were all lovely and after a little persuasion and a few treats, Lola settled and relaxed, and did not flinch at all when she was given the injection. Many thanks for letting her settle at her own pace. Definitely recommend this practice
Jun 18, 2025 · Alan MitchellWe needed an emergency appointment when on holiday and reception were very proactive with requesting our dogs history from our registered vets in advance of our arrival. The vet was lovely and very helpful in a stressful situation whilst away from home. Thank you for a professional and prompt action in our hour of need
Jun 19, 2025 · Jake BarnardAll the staff are so warm and welcoming and cannot do enough to help you. Lesley especially is so kind and helped me carry may cats into the surgery and back out to the taxi as I am disabled. She went above and beyond. And even better I’ve been given 4 weeks free insurance for my cats each time I’ve visited which is great considering how much you spend at the vets it’s nice to have almost like a small guarantee
Feb 05, 2025 · lois smartI’ve been using Westway at Tynemouth for the last 7 years for my cats and more recently for my puppy. Every vet we have met has been so knowledgeable and caring towards my pets. The receptionists are always super friendly both to me and my animals, always making a fuss. I like how you can book appointments easily online and if I’ve ever had to call up it’s never been a bother. I’m really grateful we chose Westway.
Dec 27, 2024 · Emma WakeI have been visiting the Tynemouth branch for years and have never had any problems. The reception staff are always incredibly friendly, know me on a first name basis and my dogs are always happy to see them. The staff have always accommodated one of my anxious dogs (coming outside and collecting me from the car when the vet is ready to see her). I would highly recommend.
