Jun 12, 2024 路 Glenda EnglishI have recently had the experience of taking my cat to this practice. It did not end the way I wanted but what I will say is that I have never witnessed the care and attention that was given to Maise throughout her time being cared for by the staff of the practice. Hannah, James and emese in particular went over and beyond. As a team they tried so hard to save my wee pet but it just wasn鈥檛 meant to be ,she had an infection of her wee lungs. They spent endless amounts of time researching and planning trying to give her the best chance and I will be forever grateful and thankful. Many many thanks would totally recommend this practice
Nov 22, 2024 路 Kathleen Mc DonnellFab local vet for my Westie Sadie. We've seen a number of staff who have been knowledgeable, friendly and kind to the dog.
Nov 16, 2021 路 Brian Mc NeanyVery disappointed with the care I鈥檝e received from vets here, I鈥檝e went through 3 cases, the first being they left my unresponsive kitten to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes while she was suffocating, the second being my cat who they misdiagnosed to having a air gun bullet in her neck which turns out was a lump and thankfully wasn鈥檛 cancerous, and in the last few weeks took an X-ray of my Alsatian after she got hit by a car had her in their custody for a few hours and never noticed her tail was injured and it took me 2 weeks to finally notice the bottom part had been ran over and the blood flow cut now she has to lose her tail. Hope they do better in the future, and check animals over properly before sending them home.
