Had to take our collie to the Burnley practice, this morning, and kind of "knew" that we wouldn't be bringing him home. We don't know the name of the vet who dealt with us, a really young guy, who was lovely to deal with. He was gentle and kind with our dog, and sympathetic, respectful and clear with his explanations to us. We were obviously upset but he made the process as bearable as these things can be. I hope he gets to read this review, or at least is told about it. He's a credit to the practice, and needs to be held on to (take note, managers).A kind professional, good with upset clients and lovely with animals - Burnley's James Herriot - Antony Lloyd
