Ayres Veterinary Centre - Cleadon Reviews
Normally its my partner who takes my pets to the vets, but having a new puppy, I went today to Cleadon for the first time, although I have been to the North Shields branch several times over the past 14 years. I was quite surprised how small the Cleadon branch is, but it is cosy and its spotless! Receptionist was lovely, took the time to speak and pet my puppy. I had forgotten my wallet and Penny was really understanding and said she could take my details over the phone once I was home which was lovely!Harriet was the vet that saw my puppy and was as always very professional and always smiling! She was very attentive to my puppy and answered the many questions I had haha!Overall experience with Ayres is fabulous! Great team and so friendly!
Apr 17, 2023 · Deborah FergusonBrilliant people and the lovely Penny who is so helpful. So good to hear her voice again after lockdown closure. Would highly recommend this practice. We have been with them now for nearly 30 years. We have had 10 dogs over the years and they have cared for them all.
Jun 15, 2020 · Picture ThisCouldn’t ask for a better vets. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My dog is so happy to visit them. Wags her tail and skips into the surgery. Excellent service.
Jul 22, 2023 · Karen LukerThe vets, Jane, Raymond and others before, have cared for our boxers [all 9 of them] over the years. They are caring and compassionate and very skilled and knowledgeable. We wouldn't trust our beloved dogs to anyone else. Also, Penny is one of the kindest and most helpful people you could meet. An excellent practice with lovely practitioners. Thank you for all you have done for us. Trish Armitage
Oct 31, 2017 · sportsrecycler307I do not recommend. I have been a breeder for many years and I have never paid so much money to a vet as here. Usually when I went to the vet for a visit with my kittens, I would pay for one visit. Unfortunately this vet counted my kittens and I had to pay for each kitten separately for a visit. The kittens were from one mother and they had the same problem. Never before have any vet charged me for a visit in this way.
