May 01, 2025 · Anthony MilburnWe have a large Vet nervous lurcher... the guys have been wonderful helping us getting him into the practice and his annual check up completed!
Jan 19, 2024 · Steve ReederThis place is brilliant whilst your pet is alive but as soon as you need to put your pet down it means nothing. I had to wait 3 weeks for my dogs ashes back . And I also ordered a bracelet with his ashes in . I was told it would take weeks . Anyway 3 months later I finally got it . Wore it for one day and it snapped . I sent pictures to Pattersons. And they give me my money back . Then a few days later they rang me saying they will now need the bracelet back and could I send my broken bracelet back in the post ! With my dogs ashes in . Now I’ve just been told the 180 quid for the bracelet is worth nothing from a jeweller it’s cheap . And I’m starting to doubt my dogs ashes are even in there absolutely shocking
