Clifton Lodge Veterinary Group, Billingham Reviews
All our dogs are registered here, and we luckily have never had issues yet. My fingers crossed for the future .Staff are always helpful, I must say, and the doctors and veterinary nurses are always nice, but they always seem to leave, so there is always a different vet. Most times . some of you might remember Peter piggle, and he was great.Overall, it is a very good vets practice.
May 16, 2025 · Graeme VipondI can’t recommend Clifton Lodge enough. My dog was attacked and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring. She needed surgery and they made the entire process so easy to understand while reassuring me at every step. My pup is now on the mend and I can’t thank Clifton Lodge enough for their speediness, their knowledge, and most of all their compassion.
Feb 07, 2025 · Ellie AttwoodWe recently moved from Seaton Carew to Norton and we were so pleased when we found out we have a branch here to replace the Hartlepool practice. We've always had excellent service and genuine care from genuine pet lovers, they're a practice who are happy to give advice over the 'phone for reassurance and are not quick to take money off you unnecessarily like some vets are. We're totally happy with the care we've received for Toby (cockapoo) and Blue (cat). Thank you!3rd June 2025Toby our 10 year old Cockapoo had a benign cyst removed today by Ian who was assisted by Matthew. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for Toby's care. From the discovery of the lump to the surgery today we have felt that Toby is in safe hands with professionals who really care and are obviously animal lovers. We wouldn't trust any other practice with Toby or indeed our cat Blue. So we thank you both again Ian and Matthew for taking care of our furbaby Toby!
Jun 03, 2025 · Janice RobsonWe unfortunately had our dog Millie to be put down which was heartbreaking for our family. But I would just like to say these were amazing with my parents as it was a very tough time for them, they even sent us a card with her paw and nose print and vials of her hair to keep as a memory. We can’t thank them enough, we honestly appreciate it so much! Sad moment but they were all so good and supportive. Made the tough time so much easier, thank you 🩵
Jan 04, 2024 · Luke BradburnWent for vaccination. The two young women I met were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. One of them offered to take Mt cat out to the car as I was struggling to carry him. Excellent service. Thank you.
