Woos Willow Cattery Reviews
My cat izzy had an amazing time here and was looked after so well she loves her food but didn’t want any when she got home so must’ve been fed very well too!!! She’s very happy. The review below is misleading, owner is very responsive and helpful - you can easily reach them on WhatsApp. I imagine it’s hard always answering the phone when you are looking after the cats, but they answered first time I called so don’t think that is a fair representation. The owner is a natural with cats, provided lots of lovely updates on how izzy was doing and if there were any concerns she had!! I’ve booked izzy in again for when we next go away - the care was much better than when I’ve sent her to other catteries. One happy cat and owner ☺️
Feb 29, 2024 · Caroline SwiftLiz could not have been more helpful when she took care of our two cats at the start of the month. We received regular updates throughout the fortnight, the cats settled in well and enjoyed their stay.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local cattery.
Oct 30, 2022 · pamala maccuishWoos Willow Cattery came HIGHLY recommended & now I would like to do the same.We were really worried about leaving our Cat, as he had been a stray so thought he might be upset & think we had left him. Liz & Anna were Amazing!!! So kind & helpful & gave regular updates so that we knew he was happy & doing ok. A lovely place, good amount of room, & attention to our pet! Very affordable, & will DEFINITELY use again plus keep recommending!!!!
Jun 27, 2021 · Gloria GiddingsWould highly recommend. Timon loved his time at woos willow cattery and got spoilt rotten with alot of love, care and attention (and Tuna!) Liz went above and beyond to keep me updated with information and pics (as abit wary leaving a 6 month kitten on his own for the first time) and can genuinely say, I had nothing to worry about! Timon will definitely be returning when he needs a holiday (and Liz cuddles!) Thanks so much!! x
Sep 01, 2020 · Hannah DayThe new owners , Liz & Anna are great owners of this cattery. It's always difficult to take over a well regarded Cattery, and Liz & Anna have done a great job. Very caring and pleasant to deal with. Pens are clean and enough space. Plenty of fresh air & most with a view of the garden. Competitive prices too. The 'go to' cattery for your fur balls.
