Mar 21, 2025 · lesley obrienFirst time using this vets as I usually use the Hykham one... The staff have been above and beyond helpful. The vet took the time to answer my questions and give me lots of helpful information. She took the time needed with my skittish Cat and tried not to stress him further while talking to him. She answered some questions about a new pet I am intending to register, and very helpful answers to both neutering and bonding. The staff out front where really helpful with extra advice about calming plugins and sprays and advice on calming tablets for a future stressful event. The vets practice has a disabled accessible door with no steps. Inside is clean, tidy and welcoming with animals separated on different sides of the waiting area.Overall a fantastic visit. Polite, kind, welcoming staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!
