March 14 · Lindsay HodgesWe had to get our dearly beloved pet of 14years put down at Easter. Ashes had been sent to randalstown vets, no contact from reception staff at randalstown. When i arrived to collect Ashes after being left there for near a week the receptionist was so rude. When asked why no one had contacted us in regards to ashes being back her reply was we where to busy and take it up with Ballymena. No compassion or manners what so ever. This review doesn’t go for the whole vet service but on a sad day collecting our much loved pets ashes to be spoke to in that way has really hurt me and made the day worse than it already was. As for the service in Ballymena I want to thank yous.
