White Cross Vets Reviews
Amazing Vets. Looked after my last dog Bella so well and was very compassionate on her last day doing everything they could for her. I now have my registered XL Bully cross here Bodhi and all the staff are amazing with him and don't make us feel discriminated at all due to the ban.
Jun 07, 2025 · Abbygale IlettHighly recommend these vets, the nurses and receptionists. My little feral boy was given the all clear today and I am over the moon and back. All the staff put up with my tears and stress over the last few months while my boy was being treated. Their diagnosis was spot on. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you so much for looking after my very special little man x
Jul 17, 2025 · Sue CloughNo money no medication !!!!I signed up with my two pets last summer and joined the wellbeing plan too. I have been paying over £50 a month as well as the pet insurance. I went in to vets yesterday as my Lily had a burst cyst and they prescribed her painkillers and antibiotics and charged me over £70. When I told them I didn’t have it on me but they could charge it to my account they refused to give the medication although they told me it can be life threatening as there was infection. The clinic is super clean, always available with the appointments, friendly staff … but they do not care of the wellbeing of an animal therefore I will be signing up with a new vets as I have my gfs pet joining us too I do not wish to experience the same disappointmentPS Lily said ‘Shame on you’Your charity does not match your name WhiteCross
Apr 11, 2025 · Gulsum OzcanThank you to all the staff at white cross! Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Shows they are a caring practice. Would definitely recommend.
Jan 09, 2024 · Raseda MotaraExcellent vets. One of the small chain of Whitecross vets so has a different feel to one of the larger groups of vets - feels more personal and small practice - like vets from years ago - this is something for them to be proud of. The consultation didn’t feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere.
