★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I bought an aquarium from marketplace and had no idea what I was doing. The new manager, Daniel, went out of his way to invite me into the store and talk me through everything. He advised (with absolutely no sales jargon and pushiness) on what I would need to complete the set up. I’ll definitely be back once the aquarium is established and ready to buy fish.
July 08 · Rigby RigbyWe broke our tank lid during a water change we popped in on the off chance we could get a replacement as our fish were jumping out of the tank. the staff were brilliant and gave us a replacement for a good price would highly recommend this shop
July 12 · natty gMy partner and i visited the store today. We have very little knowledge of fish but was met by Sam who was a great help. He explained what tank would suit best for what we were wanting and what fish would be best for the tank. We purchased our tank and on our second trip sam was a great help again. He remembered us from before and was helpful again with selecting our new fish. All in all our experience was amazing and we will 100% be returning.Thank you for all the help Sam two very happy customer and a happy doggo (thanks for the treat🐾)
May 25 · Joshua KentWe are relatively new to Aquarium keeping so we've had a lot of silly/basic questions. The team at Grantham (Belton Garden centre) have always been more than helpful with any questions or issues we've had. They are more than willing to help, get involved and figure out solutions. After visiting a couple of other aquarium shops we soon decided to keep returning to Belton.Their knowledge and experience shows as they know the answer to anything you ask, whether it be aquarium plants, fish or food etc. Or pond fish, plants, food etc. And if, on the rare occasion they don't know, they're willing to find out and share it with you, rather than sending you away none the wiser. We very recently bought a new aquarium from them as our original structure had failed, becoming unsafe. We chose Maidenhead because of our past experiences with them, and knowing that we'd be taken care of and our needs were addressed, rather than trying to sell us the most expensive tank in the store. They made the whole process very simple and stress free, they even looked after us on price.I have no hesitation in recommending the staff there and Maidenhead as a company, they have a genuine interest in what they do and it shows. You and your fish are in safe hands!
